Abstract

1338983 Semi-conductor circuits SUWA SEIKOSHA KK 28 Jan 1972 [10 Feb 1971] 4172/72 Heading H3T [Also in Division G3] An electronic watch includes binary counters, for dividing the output frequency, composed of COS/MOS integrated circuits having dual ORNAND gates and two inverters I 1 , I 2 . Fig. 2(a) shows a gate composed of COS/MOS with input and output voltages as in Fig. 2(b). In Fig. 3(a) three pairs of N channel MOS transistors, three pairs of P channel MOS transistors and two COS/MOS inverters I 1 , I 2 form a binary counter having input and output voltages as in Fig. 3(b).
