Abstract

1337588 Trollies P W EVANS [trading as VISCOUNT ENG] 16 Sept 1971 [22 Sept 1970] 44989/70 Heading B7B A handling apparatus for material in roll form comprises two end units 1 and an interconnecting roll support 3, the support 3, in use, fitting loosely about the support spigots 9 of the units 1, 2 and in frictional engagement therewith. To move a roll of material the roll support 3 is inserted through the roll of material and units 1 and 2 tilted to allow the spigots to be fitted into the roll support, thereafter the units are returned to the upright position. The units are each provided with brakable wheels 5, 6, handles 10, 11 and a heel 7 to facilitate tilting of the units.
