Abstract

1331493 Drawer slides L G HUDSON 21 June 1971 [ 23 June 1970] 30420/70 Heading A4B A slide unit carrying a drawer, shelf or like article includes an inner channel section member 3 carrying the shelf 9 or drawer and telescopically slidable on or within an outer member 2 adapted for fixing to the side of a housing, the inner member 3 having a lug which is slidable in a slot 5 in the outer member. In one embodiment, Fig. 2, the members 2, 3 are of channel section and the shelf 9 is slidable in the inner member 3 within limits defined by a slot 7 in the inner member 3 in which a spigot 10 on the shelf 9 is engaged. In another embodiment, Fig. 7a, the outer member 200 is of L-section and the lug 80 on the inner member 300 has a bent portion Y which prevents upward disengagement of the lug 80 from the slot 100. A spring strip 30 on the inner member is engageable by a spigot 10 on the shelf 9 to limit withdrawal. A further stop 500 is engaged by a pushed-in shelf.
