Abstract
1327123 Dithiole derivatives NIPPON SODA CO Ltd 20 May 1971 [28 Aug 1970 23 Dec 1970 29 Dec 1970] 15934/71 Heading C2C Novel dithiole derivatives of the Formula I wherein R is an aryl group having fewer than ten carbon atoms, which is either unsubstituted or substituted by one to three radicals selected from halogen atoms and C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxy and C 1-6 acylamido groups, provided that if R is a phenyl group having one substituent then this substituent is a C 1-6 alkoxy or C 1-6 acylamido group; are obtained by reacting sulphonimides of the formula R-SO 2 -N=CX 2 , X being halogen, with alkali or alkaline earth metal salts having the formula M being an alkali or alkaline earth metal and n being 1 or 2. A fungicidal and/or bactericidal composition comprises a compound of the above formula together with a carrier.
