Abstract

1326393 Loose-leaf binders RELIURE INDUSTRIELLE STD 17 Nov 1970 [18 Nov 1969] 54544/70 Heading B6E A loose-leaf binding device which is injection moulded from a thermoplastics material as an integral unit comprises a base 1, Fig. 6, a longitudinal edge of which is provided with a web 4 terminating in a flexible hinge 6 for ring 8, 14 supporting shutters 7, 13 which are articulated to each other by a farther flexible hinge 12. The rings 8, 14 are locked together by a flange 15 depending from the shutter 13 and having a pawl 16, 17, Fig. 11, which co-operates with a pawl 2, 3 on the base 1. The pawls extend along the longitudinal edges of the base and shutter 13 and one engaged and disengaged by an operating lever 18, are of which may be provided at each end of the shutter 13.
