1325805 Sparking plugs ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 22 Sept 1971 [23 Sept 1970] 44112/71 Heading F1B A sparking plug has a surface discharge gap 10<SP>1</SP> and an earth electrode 14 projects from the plug housing 12 to form a spark gap with the central electrode 11. The surface discharge gap may be approximately twice as long as the other gap.
