1321377 Desks; furniture joints A MARSHALL & SONS (OFFICE EQUIPMENT) Ltd 11 Jan 1972 [19 March 1971] 7301/71 Heading A4H A desk top 16 and/or a back panel (5), Fig. 1 (not shown) is/are connected to pedestals 1 by keyhole-type slotted plates 11(6) provided on the pedestals and corresponding headed pins 14 (, 7) provided on the top and/or panel. The plates each include wedge portions 15 in their narrow part, which may comprise a progressive thickening. The desk top 16 may also be secured by a bolt 17. One of the pedestals may be replaced by a panel or a pair of legs. The slotted plates may be circular.
