1313719 Ice cream freezers A PAW SA 25 Nov 1971 [28 Nov 1970] 54844/71 Heading F4H An ice cream freezer comprises a mixing and freezing chamber 3 of the continously dispensing type and an upper storage vat 1 connected thereto by a conduit 2, the chamber and vat being surrounded by series connected evaporators 8, 10 res pectively of a compression refrigeration system having a thermostatically controlled valve 13 positioned between the evaporators responsive to the temperature of the vat to switch the evaporator 10 into and out of the circuit.
