Abstract
1311812 Piperazine derivatives CIBAGEIGY AG 27 April 1971 [28 April 1970] 11583/71 Heading C2C [Also in Division A5] The invention comprises novel, therapeutic 2 - hydroxyamino - 5 - (tert. - sulphamoyl)- benzoic acid piperazides (including salts and hydrates thereof), especially of the Formula (I) where R 0 is H, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl, R 1 and R 2 are alkyl or together with the N-atom signify an optionally alkyl substituted heterocycle and R x is H, Me, MeO or Cl. The compounds are made by standard methods for introducing the hydroxyamino group, e.g. by reduction of -NO 2 .
