Abstract

1310831 Sack holders P E PLUM 20 April 1970 [29 April 1969] 18750/70 Heading B8C A garbage bag holder for use with two relatively movable cupboard parts comprises a collapsible frame with means at spaced points on the frame for connecting the latter to one of the cupboard parts and means on the frame for connecting a collapsible bag thereto. As shown, a garbage bag is supported on a door 7 by an articulated rod system 1-6, two pivot points 10, 11 of which are biased to open position by spring (12) (not shown) such that the mouth of the bag is automatically opened as the door 7 is opened. The bag is supported by holes around its open end on projections 21 on the rods. The rod system may be replaced by a deformable material, e.g. a plastics material.
