1309846 Rotary actuators WALLOP INDUSTRIES Ltd 11 Aug 1971 [4 Sept 1970] 42594/70 Heading F1D A rotary actuator comprises a rotatable spindle 52, having a pinion 53 which engages a rack 54 on the rod of a piston 58. The piston 58 is movable by a propellant charge 65 ignitable by an electric fuse head 71 connected to cables 72. Linear,movement of the piston 58 causes rotation of the spindle 52.
