Abstract

1308421 Razor blades GILLETTE CO 3 May 1971 [25 May 1970] 12757/71 Heading B4B A razor blade assembly comprises a razor blade 2 having a cutting edge 4 and a support member 8 connected to the blade an adapted to be received and retained by a razor. The support member 8 is made from a plastics material and formed with flexible arm portions 10 having tabs 12 adapted to engage within a slot 6 formed in the blade. When the assembly is mounted in a razor, it is held therein only by means of the support member, the blade being free to "float" in the razor via the flexible arms. The blade may be used with an injector type razor.
