Abstract

1308122 Gas lighter FLAMAGAS SA 20 April 1971 [28 April 1970] 10206/71 -Heading F4F A gas lighter comprises a liquid gas reservoir in body 1, a gas outlet valve 21 and ignition means, the gas outlet and the gas reservoir being separated by a bore containing only two porous discs 11 of the same diameter as the bore separated by a rigid non-porous disc 12 of a diameter less than the diameter of the bore and covered by a non-porous disc 13 having a central aperture and the same diameter as the bore. The outlet valve 21 is operated by a lever 15 having two arms (16), Figs. 2 and 3 (not shown), pivotally mounted on the lighter and two further inclined arms 22 which spring bias the lever towards closure of the valve. A selfsealing valve 3 is provided for filling the gas reservoir.
