Abstract

1304477 Adhesion pumps RED DEVIL Inc 16 June 1971 [17 July 1970] 28148/71 Heading F1R A paint metering tray comprises a paint trough 10 in which a ribbed roller 22 can rotate freely, part of the roller 22 extending through a window 26 in a painting tool receiving tray 25 which is supported by flanges 28, 29 on the trough 10. The trough has a wide flange 17 with holes 18 for tools and a bracket 33 by which it can be attached to a ladder using a clamp 32. A painting tool 37 is drawn across the roller 22 so that the correct amount of paint is applied to the pad of the tool and excess paint can run back into the trough through slots 39, 40.
