1300364 Cellulase SOC FARMACEUTICI ITALIA 5 July 1971 [10 July 1970] 31359/71 Heading C3H [Also in Division A5] Cellulase is produced by cultivation of Penicillium iriensis under aerobic conditions in a culture medium comprising an assimilable source of carbon, an assimilable source of nitrogen and mineral salts, the resulting broth being filtered and the cellulase precipitated, preferably by 70% saturated ammonium sulphate.
