Abstract
1399733 Electro-plating jigs OXY METAL FINISHING SUISSE SA 22 May 1972 [14 June 1971] 23913/72 Heading C7B A movable electro-plating jig comprises a plurality of electrically insulated sections 2-4 or 24 provided with clips 6 to suspend articles for plating, each section being fed with a constant current from a single power supply line, e.g. stud 10 or structure 23, via current dividers 12-14 or 27-32 preferably mounted on the jig's upper surface. The jig may be cylindrical, Fig. 1, and rotating, the sections being horizontal rings 2-4 separated by insulating spacers 5, or quadrilateral Fig. 3, and reciprocating, the sections being frames 24 set out vertically in rows and columns. The constant current fractions may be equal or unequal and the division ratio may be fixed or adjustable.
