Abstract

1396662 Fixing furniture to walls PAUL HETTICH & CO 24 July 1973 [29 July 1972] 35140/73 Heading A4U A device for suspending an article of wall furniture on a wall hook 8 comprises a suspension hook 5 for engaging the wall hook and adjustably mounted in a casing 2 by screws 9, 13, the casing being secured to the article of wall furniture. The casing is made of plastics material. The screws 9, 13 pass through slots in the casing into threaded bores in the hook 5 or in members fixed to the hook, the screw 13 having a collar 17 rotatably mounted in a groove (18) in the inside of the casing wall, to hold the screw 13 in position. The hook 5 may be formed of sheet metal, Fig.4 (not shown).
