Abstract
1394415 Fluid-pressure servomotor systems CM PETERS 25 May 1973 25280/73 Heading G3P A pair of pilot valves 5 close a valve 41 in a conduit 40 if the pressure in the latter rises above or falls below predetermined values. In the preferred embodiment, a rise in pressure lifts a plunger 29 in the right hand valve 5 to prevent pressure fluid flowing through a conduit 8, 9 to an actuator for the valve 41 and at the same time to connect the conduit 9 to a vent 36. The left hand valve is of similar construction and is moved to the position shown if the pressure falls so that flow to the actuator through conduits 8, 10 is interrupted and the conduit 10 is connected to a vent 35. The pressure at which each valve 5 operates is determined by a spring 15 which may be adjusted by a nut 20.
