1391568 Separating a mixture of secretin and cholecystokinin - pancreozymin EISAI CO Ltd 17 April 1973 18528/73 Heading A5B A process for separating a mixture of secretin and cholecystokinin-pancreozymin comprises contacting an aqueous solution of the mixture at a pH from 9 to 12 with an anion exchange resin, whereby the cholecystokininpancreozymin is selectively adsorbed on the resin while the sectretin remains in solution. The mixture may be a material obtaned by extraction of mammalian small intestine.
