Abstract

1391485 End anchorages DYCKERHOFF & WIDMANN AG 27 March 1972 [27 March 1971] 14329/72 Headings E1B and E1W An anchorage for fixing a stressed tension member in concrete consists of tension elements 2, 2' disposed within a cover 3 by polyethylene spacers 4 and a perforated disc 17, the elements 2, 2' being secured by nuts 24 to anchor bodies 23 and the cover 3 being provided with nuts 10 to embed it in the concrete as shown. The cover 3 is made of plastics or metal whilst the inner portion 3' thereof is made of metal and blanked off by a closure plate 21 emerging into steel tubes 22 to receive the elements 2, 2'. Additional tensioning members 11 are anchored to a ring 13 arranged as shown for details of which to-gether with means such as 16, 20, 26 for injecting sealants into the various cavities shown the Specification should be referred to.
