1382460 Separation process for vincristine RICHTER GEDEON VEGYESZETI GYAR RT 4 Dec 1972 55877/72 Heading C2C Vincristine is isolated from Vinca rosea Linn by formylating a dimeric alkaloid fraction obtained therefrom (with, e.g. HCOOH/ (CH 3 CO) 2 O) to convert N-desmethylvinblastine contained in the fraction to vincristine, followed by isolation of the total vincristine content.
