Abstract

1373505 Sauna baths BAHCO VENTILATION AB 2 Nov 1971 [3 Nov 1970] 50947/71 Heading A4N [Also in Divisions H3-5] A sauna bath heater comprises encapsulated electrical heating elements 2 arranged in the form of a flattened halide to form a vertical column encircling the stones 3, the cross-section of the column having a length L at least twice the width B. The column is divided by plates 4 with slots 5 receiving the elements 2, the plates forming secondary heat exchange surfaces. The water container 6 has a relatively adjustable layer 7 of insulating material. Below the support plate 8 is a radiation shield 9 which also collects water spillage. (For Figures see next page)
