Abstract

1373115 Bottle crates SVEIN STROMBERG & CO AS 9 Nov 1971 [9 Nov 1970] 52014/71 Heading B8P To enable a bottle to be removed from any one of a number of stacked crates at least one wall of each crate has a sliding locking bar 8 connected to partition members 5 so that on raising the bar the partitions are also raised and a bottle can be tilted and removed. The bar slides in guides 6 in the corresponding crate wall. The framework can be guided on the inside of the crate walls or ribs on the inside of the crate walls separate the outer bottles and the partitions separate only the residual bottles. The bar 8 and/or the partitions may have means locking them in the raised and in the lowered positions. An opening can be provided in two opposite sides of the crate.
