1371822 Article carrying handles SCM (UNITED KINGDOM) Ltd 7 June 1972 26500/72 Heading A4G A U-handle 10 has tongues 30, 32 on the limbs 12, 14 which, when inserted in holes 18, 20 in the base of an article to be carried, will be retained and slidable in grooves 26, 28 of handle supports 11, 13 on the article and handle retaining catches 42, 44 have arms 54, 56 insertable into the holes above the handle limbs with resilient hooks 58, 60 and ears 62, 64, the hooks locking behind bridges 22, 24 on the supports and the ears depressing the tongues into the grooves. The handle may be removed by pressing back the hooks.
