Abstract

1371390 Presses PRZEDSIEBIORSTWO DOSWIADCZALNE PRAS AUTOMATYCZNYCH I TLOCZNIKOW PONAR-HYDOMAT 4 Jan 1972 [5 Jan 1971] 315/72 Heading B5F An hydraulic press has a work-table 4 movable on columns 2 which interconnect an upper frame plate 1, a frame box 3, and a cylinder body 22 located in an aperture in the bottom 6 of the box. A piston 23 and piston-rod 8 are guided by sleeves 24, 21 in the body 22 and are connected at one end to the work-table and at the other end to a buffer 15, 16. Engagement of the buffer with a toothed ring 18 adjustably mounted on the body 22 determines the end of the working stroke. Plungers 20 located within the body 22 move the piston-rod downwardly until a pin 10 adjustably mounted in the rod engages a plate 12 to actuate a valve 13 to cut off the fluid to the plunger 20.
