Abstract

1367728 Turbomachine blade shrouding GENERAL ELECTRIC CO 19 Sept 1972 [1 Oct 1971] 43315/72 Heading FIT Turbomachine rotor blades are inter-connected at their tips by shroud members 35 having lugs 39, 41 projecting through holes 21, 25 in the respective blades, the lugs 39 being peenedover to form a rigid connection whereas lugs 41 have an overhang 61 permitting limited movement. The blades may be additionally inter-connected by sleeves 19 as described in Specification 1353114.
