1362733 Anti-icing fuel E I DU PONT DE NEMOURS & CO 26 April 1972 [29 April 1971] 19299/72 Heading C5G A hydrocarbon fuel, e.g. gasoline contains an anti-icing additive comprising wherein one of the R's is C 12 -C 22 alkyl, the other being hydrogen, m and n are integers and m + n = 7 to 30, n=0-4 and m/n#2, and which is less than 5 wt. per cent extractable by water from the fuel composition. The preferred compounds have n = 0, m = 7 to 10, R=n-C 12-16 H 25-33 .
