Abstract
1358108 Photographic material FUJI PHOTO FILM CO Ltd 29 Dec 1971 [29 Dec 1970] 60463/71 Heading G2C A photographic light-sensitive material for dry processing containing (a) an organic halogen compound having the general formula I wherein R represents H, X, COOR' or C(H) 3-n X n ; R' being a hydrogen atom, methyl group or ethyl group; X represents Cl, Br or I; and n and m are 2 or 3 (b) N-vinylcarbazole and (c) a furfurylidene compound represented by the general formula II, III or IV: wherein X represents a simple bond or the group wherein Y and Y' are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom or alkyl group; Hydroquinone, resorcinol or a derivative thereof may also be present (examples are given). A spectral sensitizing dye or dye base such as an anthroquinone, triphenylmethane, xanthene, acridine, azine, diazine, cyanine or styryl dye may also be added. After imagewise exposure the material may be heated to 40 to 250‹C to fix the image.
