Abstract

1354376 Preventing caking of fertilizers KEMANORD AB 6 May 1971 [6 May 1970] 13424/71 Heading C1B Fertilizers are prevented from caking by coating with a composition comprising (a) an inorganic pulverulent material and (b) an alkylamine of at least 12 carbon atoms and/or a salt thereof in an amount of 10% to 90% by weight of the composition. Component (a) may be talc, kaolin or kieselguhr and (b) may be stearylamine. Optional ingredients which may be present are liquid hydrophobic compounds such as mineral oil, and dyestuffs, amides and fatty acids.
