1350079 Mounting fans on shafts JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd 2 Aug 1971 [11 Sept 1970] 43511/70 Heading F2U A fan comprising interconnected radially outwardly extending blades 15 connected to (e.g. integral with) a moulded hub 16 with a recess 23 is mounted co-rotatively with the shaft 12 of an electric motor extending from the motor casing by a (e.g. square) plate 18 fitting into the recess 23 and detachably secured to the shaft. The shaft at 22 may have a pair of flats, and the plate 18 a corresponding hole.
