Abstract

1347386 Road vehicle hoods H N REDSHAW 9 May 1972 [18 May 1971] 15658/71 Heading B7B [Also in Divisions E1-E2 A1 and A6] A protective canopy includes a series of support frames 4 which are suspended from a supporting wire 3 as by eyes or hooks 5 and are interconnected by a sheet of flexible waterproof material 6 secured thereto by staples or by an adhesive. The sheet 6 is made of polyethylene or woven plastics or translucent or transparent cloth whilst the frames are made of metal, wood or plastics material. The end frames may be fixed to the line by suitable clips 7. The canopy may have side walls and may be mounted on the back of an open lorry, constitute a greenhouse, cover a cricket pitch or a clothes line or be used as a temporary shelter.
