1347123 Milk coagulating enzymes STAMICARBON NV 2 Aug 1971 [6 Aug 1970] 36270/71 Heading C3H [Also in Division A2] A milk coagulating enzyme is obtained by cultivating a micro-organism of the species Mucor lamprosporus, especially Mucor lamprosporus Lendner CBS 11808 or M.l. Mehrotra CBS 41167 or a natural or synthetic mutant thereof under standard conditions and then separating the milk-curdling enzyme from the culture medium.
