1343754 Dried aqueous concentrate COCACOLA CO 3 Aug 1972 [3 Aug 1971] 36328/72 Headings A2D B A method of drying an aqueous concentrate of a material to form a powder comprises admixing the concentrate with anhydrous dextrose in such an amount as to effect at least partial hydration of the dextrose whereby the desired powder is obtained. The dextrose may be agitated with the concentrate or the latter may be heated to facilitate the hydration. The concentrate may be a fruit, vegetable or botanical juice.
