Abstract

1340468 Display apparatus GENERAL ELECTRIC CO 9 May 1972 [11 Jan 1972] 21523/72 Headings A4T and A4X [Also in Divisions G5 and H3] A display apparatus comprises afirstenclosure member 11 having a top wall 14 and transparent side wall areas 13, and a second enclosure member 55 having a top wall and integral side walls 57, being received within the first enclosure member, the side walls of the second enclosure member being flexible and biased, e.g. by spring 60, towards a corresponding wall of the first enclosure member. This arrangement may form the casing for a radio, and items to be displayed supported between the side walls of the first and second enclosure members. These items may be photographs. The side wall areas of the first enclosure member may be part of cylindrical or polyhedral surface.
