Abstract

1,235,738. Electrostatic precipitators. LODGE-COTTRELL Ltd. 3 Nov., 1969 [19 Nov., 1968], No. 54816/68. Heading B2J. An electro-precipitator collector element comprises a number of plate members 222 which have bent end portions which are secured to adjacent bent end portions by means of rivets. Each plate is secured to a support member from which it extends downwardly and bracing means connect together adjacent support members the bracing means comprising aligned tubular members provided with a stud which extends through the tubular members to secure them together.
