Abstract
1,233,771. Washing textile webs. VYZKUMNY USTAV ZUSLECHTOVACI. 15 March, 1968 [17 March, 1967], No. 12581/68. Heading D1L. Textile materials 1 are washed as they pass to and fro two sets of vertically stacked rolls, the liquid being applied at the median portion of the width of the fabric and into the wedge created by the ring of the material and the roll; the excess liquid being gathered from the edges of the material and re-directed to the next below median portion. This is done by scoops 4 which may be as described in Specification 1,233,772.
