1,223,545. Camera supports. KE-ME-FA N.V. June 26, 1969 [June 27, 1968, No. 32406/69. Heading G2A. A camera-stabilizing device comprises a support bracket 21, which bears against the user's chest, the bracket having pivoted to it two arms 20 whose upper ends 26 are curved so as to be able to hook on to the user's shoulders. A spacer tube 34 fits between the angled ends of bracket 21, and to the centre of tube 34 is attached the camera support tube 23, whose upper end is formed as a lug to which the camera is attached. Support 23 comprises an upper and lower part 36, 35 in telescopic relationship, so that the overall length can be adjusted. Arms 20 are similarly constructed of upper parts 26 and lower parts 25 which fit together telescopically. In a simpler form, Fig. 7 (not shown), the spacer tube itself is the part which bears against the user's chest.
