Abstract

1,222,004. Bottle crates. CHEMISCHE WERKE HULS A.G. 28 June, 1968 [8 July, 1967], No. 30836/68. Heading B8P. A plastics crate has hollow corner columns and additional columns 5 which engage with gaps between base projections 4, for stacking when the crates are staggered by a third of their length or turned through 90 degrees. The crate has internal partitions (not shown) and hand holes 6. The additional columns 5 are preferably hollow and the external surfaces of the crate may be roughened to avoid crates sticking against each other in a stack.
