1,218,149. Transistor sawtooth generator circuits. TESLA NARODNI PODNIK. 25 April, 1969 [30 April, 1968], No. 21261/69. Heading H3T. A free-running transistor sawtooth generator comprises an emitter-coupled bi-stable multivibrator 9, 10 connected in a regenerative feedback loop with a diode 16 and a Miller integrator 1, 2, 3 comprising transistors of opposite conductivity type to transistors 9, 10, a variable resistor 17 controlling the operating frequency, and the generator being connected to supply terminals as shown. Synchronizing pulses may be applied to the base of 10.
