Abstract

1,215,690. Sliding clasp fastener. WILLIAM PRYM-WERKE K.G. 28 Nov., 1969 [29 Nov., 1968], No. 58383/69. Heading E2S. A locking slider for a sliding clasp fastener is made of plastics. It has a central tooth 22, arranged between two yokes 18 for holding the handle 13. The tooth can engage the interlocking elements and is disengaged by pulling handle 13. In a second embodiment the central yoke 12 is attached to the upper slide plate 11 only at the front end 27 of the fastener, permitting easy insertion of the handle 13.
