Abstract

1,212,509. Concrete mixers. S. A. RAYNER [trading as KENTINENTAL ENG]. 18 March, 1968 [11 April, 1967], No. 16416/67. Heading B1C. A rotary drum mixer 11 has the driving sector 13 mounted on the base of the yoke 12 to balance it about the trunnions. The legs 20 are detachable, folding or telescopic and the yoke is provided with two transport wheels 32. The drum may be driven by a reduction gearbox and chain drive 16, 17 or through a belt drive and epicyclic gearbox.
