Abstract

1,208,177. Valves. KUGLER, FONDERIE ET ROBINETTERIE S.A. 1 Oct., 1968 [17 Oct., 1967], No. 46445/68. Heading F2V. A blending and changeover valve comprises hot and cold inlets 4, an outlet 6 for a shower, and an outlet 10 to a bath, a double-acting valve member 18 actuated by a lever 24, and loaded to close the outlet 6 by a spring 22. When the member 18 is moved to close the outlet 10, the pressure of fluid in the chamber 2 holds it in that position until overcome by the pressure of the return spring 22.
