Abstract

1,206,373. Multiwall bag. UDDEHOLMES A.B. 22 May, 1968 [23 May, 1967], No. 24507/68. Heading B8K. A bag has walls comprising a plurality of layers including at least two layers formed of the same type of paper, the outer one having a percentage extensibility 2-4 units greater than that of the inner one. Preferably, the outermost layer of the bag has a higher extensibility (conveniently 2-4% higher) than any other layer. Examples of multiwall bag drop tests using different wall extensibility combinations are described, together with the results obtained.
