A strip of glazing material such as uncured neoprene-based compound particularly for securing a pane 13 to the flange 14 of a vehicle body 12, surrounding a window aperture comprises a flexible tube 11 whose diameter is small, even capillary, in relation to the section of the strip, extends throughout the length of the strip and is wholly or partially embedded in the strip for the purpose of passing hot fluid, e.g. air, there through to effect curing of the strip material and bonding of the glass to the flange 14.
