Abstract

1294659 Switch cases F C BLACKWELL & CO Ltd 5 Dec 1969 [6 Dec 1968] 57949/68 Heading H1N An electrical wall mounting box has a housing 1 with a mouth having a lip 4 against which abuts an arcuate strip 5, this strip being retained in position by a screw 11 passing through one of the slots 10 and engaging a threaded aperture in the housing. The strip is provided with threaded lugs 8, for mounting the accessory, and an earthing lug 9. In a further embodiment Fig. 6 (not shown), the housing is octagonal, the constituent wall panels of which overlap one another, these being provided with lugs between which an annular strip, provided with the accessory mounting lugs, is rotatably held.
