1290539 PIP imaging OWENS-ILLINOIS Inc 3 Oct 1969 [3 Oct 1968 13 Nov 1968] 48662/69 Heading G2H An arrangement for PIP imaging comprises a photo-conductor sandwiched between two electrodes, at least one of the electrodes comprising spaced parallel wires, or tin oxide coated glass filaments. The photo-conductor is uniformly polarized by exposure to uniform radiation during field application and then is imagewise polarized by reversing the field and imagewise exposing. Exposure maybe to visible, IR, UV, X, α or # radiation.
