Abstract

1283931 Endless conveyers W KRAUT [trading as BIZERBA-WERKE WILHELM KRAUT KG] 10 Oct 1969 [11 Oct 1968] 49875/69 Heading B8A [Also in Division A4] In a slicing machine (see Division A4), a conveyer 12 is used to move slices 6 away from a cutting disc 4. The slice is guided on to a plurality of conveyer chains 16 having spikes 11, by means of members 7, 8, 9. At one end of the conveyer the chains pass over a toothed roller 17 mounted on a driving-shaft (19), Fig. 1 (not shown), and at the other end over individual wheels 22 which are provided with arcuate tensioning springs 23. At predetermined intervals the slices are removed from the conveyer by fingers 14 secured to an arm 26. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,075,347.
