1283828 Liquid level control INDUSTRIE A ZANUSSI SpA 1 Oct 1970 [29 Nov 1969] 46727/70 Heading G1H In a washing machine in which the level of liquid is controlled by a device comprising an inverted bell and a pressure shut 13 which senses the pressure of air trapped in the bell and cuts off the liquid feed when the pressure reaches a predetermined pressure the arrangement is such that an adjustable venting tube 8, clamped in position by a seal 11, determines the level at which liquid is cut off by varying the distance between the bottom end of the tube 8 and the ceiling of bell 5 in which air is trapped.
