Abstract
1281662 Dyeing hair WELLA AG 19 April 1971 [26 March 1970] 25388/71 Heading D1B Curly human hair is simultaneously straightened and dyed by applying to the hair a mixture containing an alkali hydroxide, an oxidation dyestuff and an oxidising agent, the hair being combed during the time of application and reaction with the hair followed by rinsing and drying. Sodium, potassium and lithium hydroxides may be used and oxidising agents specified are hydrogen peroxide, melamine peroxide, perborax and percarbamide.
