Abstract

1280059 Shelf brackets H J DOWSETT and H E PEPPERELL [trading as STRONGBEAM CO] 11 Dec 1970 [11 May 1970] 22721/70 Heading A4B An L-shaped shelf bracket 1 with limbs 3, 4 of channel section is detachably secured to a wall mounted support member 2 provided with a lug 12 defining a slot 13 to receive a pin 7 carried by a sub-assembly secured within the channel section limbs 3, 4 and an inclined top portion 11 over which a plate 5 in the sub-assembly is engaged. The sub-assembly also carries a pin 6 which is engaged in a slot in a shelf supporting member 17 resting on the horizontal limb 3 of the bracket 1. The member 17 may be constructed similarly to the support member 2.
